Marketing & Social Media Manager

At Fable Farm Fermentory, I led a small media team and managed the winery’s social media presence to over 10k followers. I also curated over 50 Instagram posts to effectively engage with our audience and promote our events and products. I was responsible for creating visually compelling company graphics for various digital marketing campaigns, which played a key role in increasing brand awareness and driving customer engagement. In addition to social media management, I also focused on improving the winery’s website by regularly updating content to reflect current events, product offerings, and promotions. This contributed to a noticeable increase in website traffic, particularly for events that regularly attracted over 600 attendees each week. By optimizing the user experience and ensuring the website remained up to date, I was able to enhance both online visibility and revenue generation, helping Fable Farm Fermentory strengthen its digital presence in a competitive market. Communication Manager

At Feast and Field, I played a key role in organizing and managing all communications for the venue, including creating two weekly newsletters using Mailchimp to drive seasonal revenue and keep our audience informed about upcoming events. I was responsible for managing email communications, ensuring timely and engaging messages reached our customers, while also addressing daily inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. In addition to digital communication, I led the Feast and Field team during special events, weddings, and wine tastings, coordinating logistics and ensuring seamless execution. This involved collaborating closely with vendors, music artists, and guests to create memorable experiences. My efforts in communication and event management helped enhance customer engagement and fostered strong relationships with our community, contributing to the venue’s success in hosting vibrant live music and food events.

Fine Dining Server

At The Barnard Inn, I received professional training in fine dining etiquette and service, ensuring I provided a high level of hospitality to guests. I served during restaurant service, catered events, and weddings, where attention to detail and customer satisfaction were paramount. In addition to delivering exceptional service, I also played a key role in training new employees, helping them develop their skills in hostess and bussing roles. This experience allowed me to hone my leadership abilities while maintaining a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests, contributing to the establishment’s reputation for outstanding service and quality.

Resident Assistant

While working for the Office of Residence Life I supported over 30 residents, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment while ensuring adherence to university policies. My role involved organizing monthly programs focused on student engagement, wellness, and academic success, designed to foster a sense of community and promote personal growth among residents. Additionally, I took on leadership responsibilities by training fellow RAs in essential areas such as crisis management, mental health support, and diversity awareness, equipping them with the skills to address diverse student needs effectively. This experience honed my leadership, communication, and problem solving abilities, while deepening my commitment to creating a supportive, safe, and positive campus environment.
